I am not normally one to rant on social media about something, so this is a first. As some of you know, I broke my finger on Friday. Or so the doctor thinks. I was told that a radiologist would review my x-rays and call me within 24 hours to let me know whether I would need to see a hand surgeon for the fracture or if my finger would heal by itself. I am now on day three of no response from the hospital and each time I call no one can seem to grasp the fact that they discharged me without giving me a final diagnosis. I swear one lady thought I was lying. If Becker didnt need complete doctors clearance to ride again, I would say screw it and just wait until the pain goes away and carry on with life, but in order to be able to ride and compete this season I need approval from a doctor. I find it highly unprofessional and unbelievable that getting results from an x-ray is such a conundrum. End rant.
