I am not obese, but I indeed believein that I can become more fascinating if I am more slender. Even if I don’t formulate a severe dieting programme to lose some weight, when I eat food, I fully pay attention to the food which has high calories and are easier to become fatter. at times they seem palatable and tasty but I have to use my strong persistance to control my wicked desire. So I felt why can’t I make dishes which are palatable but with low calories. When I take them, I will not worry about getting fatter. I have read lots of books and watched a lot of videos to seek out the most valid and easy manner. I found a very awesome book bit.ly/1clC57P which aids me achieve my idea. Now I can make yummy food with low calories and eat what I want not worrying get fatter.
