I am not obese, but I really believe that I can get more fascinating if I am slimmer. Though I don’t enact a rigorous dieting project to lose some weight, when I take food, I fully look out the food which has high calories and are easier to grow fatter. From time to time they appear palatable and tasty but I have to use my tough persistance to control my vicious appetite. So I felt why can’t I make dishes which are yummy but with low calories. When I take them, I will not afraid of getting fatter. I have read a lot of books and watched many videos to find out the most valid and easy process.
