I am not one to be sappy about this whole senior year thing but this convention has me a little emotional. Since November of 1997, Nick and I have had Alexa with us at every national convention. It all began in Kansas City with her 9 mo old. Throughout the years I have carried her, held her hand, walked along side, and for the last 4 years admired the strong young lady she has become as she accomplished great things in this organization. It is extremely emotional for me to think this is the last time I will have her with our group at this convention. I love you sweetheart and look forward to the rest of this year and your accomplishments to come in this great organization.
