I am not saying Lagos state should not be cleaned, but if there can be beggars in New york, London, Paris etc, which of these cities can you compare with Lagos, so what is lagos state thinking, if at all it will work, Fredrick Taylor in his theory of scientific management, said "that there is one best way of doing things", what could it have taken from Fashola to alert the Anambra state governor on his intention, are they not colleagues? Does he not have respect and regard for his fellow governors? Is this not an insult to the Governor Peter Obi?
