I am not sure if Erdogan is really losing his grip or swing or this is a dream pipe of the western media? AKP is sure to win impressively in the forthcoming municipal elections, this much is accepted even in this piece so where is the evidence of his losing his shine or grip...his political future will depend upon whether parliament is willing or able to give him the new amended constitution he wants to have, the constitution that will allow him to become the Turkish President... the strong central executive, which he always wanted to - the Ottoman Sultan...those of you who have travelled in Turkey or are there for any reason must comment and share their perspective, their insights, their experiences with all of us....looking forward to!
