I am not sure if you have ever watched anything on the 9/11 questions. This is a guy who researched for himself, and explains his journey and how it affected him and was really difficult for him in his relationships especially with his wife who took longer than him to see what he saw.he systematically tackles each question.. The movie finishes up with a bible verse that says our war is not against flesh and blood.. a truth I totally believe. I believe our war is not against those who knew or know or were complicit in this (where are all the elevator up-graders who came into do work in the elevator shaft near the core of the building in the 2 weeks prior to 9/11? so many people had to be complicit. . where are they now? in a mess emotionally and mentally probably.. unless they have come to terms with God through Jesus).(.forgiveness is available to all who seek it) .......After watching this movie I watched a short piece (13 minutes) on Charlie Sheen who asked questions about 9/11 and has had many things happen to him..now i am praying for him too, as well as my favourite people group.. the rich and powerful who know stuff and do stuff they shouldnt. God can forgive them and rescue them and all of us from the power of the evil one.. He can. He has defeated the evil one on the cross many years ago. Yes we are in the enemys territory ...(he looks like he is in charge, and indeed he is in so many ways.. he is referred to as the prince of this world), and we are like guerrilla warriors trying to take back territory. This war is not against flesh and blood it is against powers and principalities.. ie to be very clear, there is a war of God against the devil. God is good. He is an amazing loving master. The devil is not good.( He may reward his people in earthly terms, but true happiness comes from a relationship with God though Jesus), and service to him leads to bondage and death.. death of conscience at the very least. If you are a christian, do not fear.. pray for the Holy Spirit to awaken the consciences of those who do ill, and open their hearts to Jesus. The gates of hell can not hold in those who are in bondage to the devil. no-one is so heavily and deeply in sin that they can not be rescued by Jesus..he descended into hell and led forth captives in his train.. ps if you need encouragement to pray these big prayers, just remember that in Martiin Luthers time there were so many converts to the gospel that they appeared to be falling out of the heavens. i heard that on a movie.. cant remember the producers name..sorry.Pray with persistence and faith that this would happen again. Can you not feel that the devil is increasing in power and trying to throw his weight around? Pray that he will be limited in his plans, and that Gods name and who He is would be famous. after all, in the Lords prayer, Hallowed be thy name means make your name famous, so i have heard. So pray it.. the world would be a better place should many people come to faith in Jesus .His values make a better world..
