I am not sure what or who did the research on this article but they are absolutely wrong according to every scientifical study that utilizes state of the art technology to measure head trauma. Practice IS where most head injury happens, concussions in some studies have been found to be just a slight factor in the development of CTE or head trauma related injuries so the fact they do not occur in practice as much as games (I have a problem with this considering 90% of the hits you take are in practice) I will post the "USA Today" findings and then please take a few minutes and read the actual science coming out regarding the danger of contact in practice I will post in the comments section. Its interesting the study from USA Today was funded by te NFL, I wonder if they have a vested interest in downplaying the amount of damage sustained to a players brain? usatoday/story/sports/2013/06/05/study-concussion-risk-low-in-football-practice/2394775/
