I am not surprised by the response from my previous post that you suffer from any of the symptoms listed. In fact, I suffer from most of these myself and have only recently found out why. Now, I am not a doctor nor am I diagnosing you. However, I would highly recommend that if you do suffer from any of the noted symptoms, then you can get a hair analysis done that will test for it. These symptoms are related to Adrenal Fatigue. The adrenal glands are two glands that sit on top of your kidneys that are made up of two distinct parts: The adrenal cortex—the outer part of the gland—produces hormones that are vital to life, such as cortisol (which helps regulate metabolism and helps your body respond to stress) and aldosterone (which helps control blood pressure). The adrenal medulla—the inner part of the gland—produces nonessential (that is, you don’t need them to live) hormones, such as adrenaline (which helps your body react to stress). When your body is under any sort of stress it is the adrenal glands that protect us. i.e. Physical stress, Emotional Stress, Environmental Stress, Excessive Exercise Stress, Pain and Stress, Various Life Stressors (financial, death of a loved one, moving house/town, Christmas etc)., Stimulants, Temperatures (hot/cold), Toxins/Viruses/Allergies and the list goes on. Most of us have most likely experienced these stressors in our lives. Just to give you an example, I received my hair analysis report and my results were: Adrenal glands ideal ration should be: 4.17. My adrenals are 1.40 which are quite low. I am posting about Adrenal Fatigue as I think it is important that we all listen to our bodies. How do we repair Adrenal Fatigue? Well, thats the confronting part for myself especially and anyone who is fairly active. REST and make some lifestyle/dietary changes. More yoga, walking, swimming. Exercises that do not put any stress on the body. If you keep going and pushing on, one day you wont be able to get out of bed as your adrenals will crash completely. I have included a video - worth the watch. Very informative. I hope you all find this helpful and if you would like details on how to diagnose Adrenal Fatigue let me know and ill do another post with some details. https://youtube/watch?v=vFI3P5UwH2g
