I am noticing some of the changes in my body, muscles tightening - TopicsExpress



          

I am noticing some of the changes in my body, muscles tightening up, and until this week I was unable to reach down and touch my toes during the stretching routines, I even made it through the weight lifting class with out stopping. Most people dont even notice when they gain 10 pounds except in clothes, I cant physically see the 13 pound weight loss, but I can feel the 6+ excersize routines that I am doing a week. I am feeling muscles in my legs and abs that I have never felt before, and I am so proud of myself for things that I am accomplishing through this process. Its not all about what I eat, of how much I go to the gym, it about disapline, motivation and the reward. I want to do this a little at a time, changing one element in my routine every few weeks, so that I can create a habit and a healthy routine. I dont want to be one of the many that gain it all back after its gone. If I gain anything back I want it to be muscle instead of fat. I dont want to be skinny I want to be healthy and strong.
