I am now in mhonda...enjoyed being with the student leaders- most are from Mara region, moshi,mwanza n southern highlands...this is what i dont get from their ministry of education...why not assign them in schools near their homes instead of sending them in faraway places...this can reduce their nostalgia n loneliness for family...can also reduce the cost of housing accomodation n food allowances for students since they can go home to help...well, perhaps the moevt wants them to have full focus on their studies..a nice topic for an action research: impact of student placement on their academic performance: the tanzanian experience
