I am now in my final year at Campus. I want to share a very sad and touching story. I was born and raised in Muyenga. But my parents were so mean to me. I was their only daughter.Can you believe that when I was born, they insisted they wanted to get me 3 maids to look after me? After that, they even forced me to begin using mobile phones when they had just come to Uganda.My parents were very mean. There were days when I wanted to eat Posho and beans but they kept feeding me with Pizza, Chicken Biryani, burgers and riggatoni. One time, I asked our askari to get me some water from the tap, but my parents backed at him, and they brought me five boxes of mineral water, and splash.Can you believe my dad could not allow me to walk to my school or use a taxi? One time, in the Morning, my personal driver would take me using the Lexus, then they would collect me at Lunch time to eat at Sheraton hotel yet I wanted to eat school food.They insisted that I should sleep on a water bed instead of a simple mattress. My parents were so bad. For me, I wanted to shower from outside, but they took me to the bathtub and even got me a professional to do me massage.Every holiday, they would take me to Miami, Las Vegas, Hawai, Zanzibar yet for me I wanted to go to our village in Ruharo. When I was in boarding school, they visited me every day and gave me cheques, yet I only wanted 10K for pocket money.As I write this story I am crying, my dad has now decided to buy me a mansion at the beach and a hummer, but I also want to live a normal life like other campusers. I am tired of flying out to a Beyonce concert, I also want to go for an Eddy Kenzo concert.I pray that God will remember my prayers one day, can you imagine, its my secretary typing this as I dictate? Can you believe they cant allow me to shop from Owino, every time, they insist I fly first class to shop in Italy and Paris......its so sad.......... am crying out loud............. cant even continue the story.
