I am now seriously considering devising a fitness regime that works for me... A lot of walking (once the groin resolves its wee issue) a bit of Tai Chi some swimming get a skipping rope and begin jogging no weights stress or strain just gradual increasing levels of movement... Yes I think such should work and first the belly buster!!! Ive begun to do 10x sit ups and 10x push-ups each morning to try to beat the belly into submission!!! And it shall increase as I eat more concrete with me breaky and harden the FK up!!! Hahahaha ;)
