I am now throughly convinced, that happiness in life does come from a collection of small occurrences and events. I know in our younger minds....we waited for the major things that would one day create the memories of our future. But wisdom makes us give pause to the smaller things in our pursuit of fulfillment. Yesterday, I had and amazing date with the most beautiful little lady I know. We chatted, we shopped, we dined and eventually took in a movie. All the while taking in an effortlessly amazing night ...of merely being together. I know someday, ...my date will become someones elses date. And that young man, is in store for an amazing adventure. With an amazing young lady. So, Thanks Jenna...sometimes we merely have to sit back...and bare witness to the flower weve planted that is now blooming. ...right before our very eyes. Appreciate your children. For who they are...and enjoy the gift that youve given the world. Please believe that...I am.
