I am of the firm view three cadres belonging to IAS, IPS and Judicial if taken care of we can hope to achieve our aim to become one of the most developed Countries in the world. Those three especially holding the top echelons are the broken spokes in a cycle of progress in our country. And true my military training not to become a part of the problem but to be a part of the solution let me expressed my view on the methodologies be adopted: Let me start from the IPS.COM:- It is well documented that SHOs who are ordinarily from grass roots are the trusted partners in crime as well as amassing wealth beyond the known sources of incomes for the IPS.COM top brasses who in turn under IAS.COM. Let us review the recruitment criterion for the police for PBORs personal below Officers (IPS.COM) ranks. We must right from the beginning classify police personnel into four broad categories namely criminal , Traffic, Cyber/white collar (Economics) & social. For each category we must finalise QR to recruit people at the state level.
