I am of the opinion that if there was an actual effort of compassion towards all living beings, this earth, the air, the water and each other required to enter into the Kingdom of Heaven or bliss as in many of these belief systems promise, there would be very little Christians, Muslims, Jews, Buddhists, Hindus, and other "man" made religions. There is no "spirituality" or kindness or compassion from a mouth that continues causing so much pain and suffering to themselves and to others. Stop the Lip service and start the REAL service. Put down the fork. Think of your health and the health of those you love.
