I am officially finished with the 3 day Refresh and I am excited to share my results tomorrow! I am so really looking forward to having almond milk and PB2 in my shake tomorrow :-) Speaking of Shakeology, I am super pumped to share with all of you that all of the benefits us shake drinkers are already experiencing have been CLINICALLY PROVEN! It has been shown to help people: Lose weight, lower cholesterol, lower blood sugar and stay full....just with shakeology alone, nothing else with diet or exercise was altered!
