I am old and literally falling apart. If it isnt my left side and my lower back, well it will be something else. I have hurt my right wrist on Wed night (cat trapping). Not sure what / how I did it but Thursday morning it began aching. Now, I can hardly move the darn thing and if I move to left/right it really hurts. I have tried bengay and a wrap and lots of ibiprophen this evening. Nothing seems to work. And I am right handed. It is swollen on the outside of my wrist. Nothing is broken but dang, how to make this ache go away. help... That and the fact that all my lower toolbars are missing from everything and I cant get them back. Those 2 things... well. I give up and am going to bed at 8:30. Cant take it.
