I am once again apologizing to my customers for any issues that have arisen from the care your animals has/or has not received from employees that I have been paying to do a job as kennel attendant at my facility. Until I get someone hired, I will be working in the kennel more. You will find that the phone is being answered more and you will be told if there were any issues with your dog while it was being cared for at my facility. I apologize that I have had employees over the years who may not have communicated in a manner that you were use too when dealing directly with me. I would also like to say thank you to the customers who have shared their concerns with me from different things that have come up over the last few weeks and months that I was unaware of. Many of you have been with me since the beginning. You are aware of my being able to hire employees and be able to take time off that I was unable to do in the early years. I appreciate every one of you. I also appreciate your taking the time to express your concerns when employees have not done things with the same level of care and concern that you have come to expect and have every right to demand (and nothing has been out of reasonable expectation). Thank you for continuing to come back instead of just going some where else which is what a lot of folks have done.
