I am one of those people who wakes up in the middle of the night with his head bussing with some idea/problem and cant go to sleep till he has resolved whatever is causing the angst. Had a night like that last night. In the past few days I have seen Fusion transform from a good idea whose time has come into a working CRO with contracts. I had to take some decisions in the night - quite hard decisions. And I decided what to do, and I have the whole weekend to compose the right e-mails and implement my actions. It really feels good once one has resolved some of the dilemmas of ones life.
