I am one who can stick to a workout schedule, however, it is my eating habits that is a problem. Since I started the 21-Day Fix my eating habits have improved to a healthier version! If any of you are having trouble with eating healthy, I highly suggest this one! It is really about portion control. I have seen such a difference in my body. The plateau that I have been experiencing these past few months has gone away and my weight has started dropping again! In addition, the area that I have seen a big difference is my stomach area (big problem area) and I am happy with the progress. So if you have been on the fence about what to do....I would say the 21-Day Fix, you will not be disappointed! Oh BTW...the workouts are only 30 minutes! Are you up for the fix?
