I am one who worries about many things i take life serious and want it to work it comes from my father who was the same way -- i cannot remmeber how many times things seemed to be at end of the road no way out a total disaster and no way to fix it or overcome it i mean i would literlly think it was over ---- after many many years of this practice it dawned on me and hit me hard -- no matter how bad i thought it was gonna be how bad the outcome what i was gonna lose or not gain it always worked out always and it never was as bad as i had in my mind it would be -- the next day after i thought was going to be a world disater because my thing didnt work out it turns out to be just another day and the problem was gone --- my point is its never as bad as it seems and things no matter what work them selves out always i put my self in just unneeded self destruct state of mind for no reason --- i have learned to live with each day and let what i cannot control take its course i wasnt gonna change it anyway
