I am ordering a very large buttercreme cake for Christmas and cooking the largest JUMBO shrimps that I can buy, but in 2 different styles..sauteed in butter and garlic..and deep fried with parmasen cheese on top..My daughter and her family dont eat shrimp so I will cook them barbque beef ribs and Lasagna and of course I must have fried chicken for those who do not want shrimp or beef ribs..I will also prepare a mixed salad with garlic chicken cut up on top of it..A much lighter eating than thanksgiving ( I consumed so much fat on thanksgiving purposely..I planned it :)
