I am outraged.... Extremely outraged.... The police department flat out LIED.. proven by the VIDEO SURVEILLANCE ... they shot this boy in the back while he was talking on the phone!!!! All because he had a pellet gun he picked up in the toy department. Police officers said he ignored warnings to drop pellet gun and he looked like he was going to go violent. The video surveillance says otherwise. I am sick of the lies and the deceit at the hands of officers. If Walmart does not choose to get on the right side of this issue, I call everyone to boycott Wal-mart! I call for the immediate firing and prosecution of the officer (s) involved in the shooting and the person in charge. I call for Walmart to donate millions of dollars to programs that will honor John Crawfords memory, to his family and to his children. Im literally disgusted. The shooting was described as militaristic... there is a war against the young African-American male and if you are young, black and male and you have one blemish on your record then their is a constituent that sits back and says it was okay to kill you in cold blood. Im very very sad. And to top it off, the media coverage of abc22now is horrible, trying to demonize this young man and protect the police.
