I am over the moon to announce that after just 9 months at Personally Fit, Laurie is off of not just one medication, but all three (diabetes, blood pressure and cholesterol) medications. I am so proud of her determination and focus over the last few months. This is what its all about ladies. Setting a goal, staying focused and giving 100% every time you step through our doors. As women, our time is so valuable. We are mother, daughter, friend, wife, and about 10 other people all rolled into one. Laurie is no different. She has a demanding job, is a wife, a mother, a sister and friend. She comes in and gives every workout her all. When she felt like she was ready to turn up her results, she took it to the streets and started riding her bike to and from the gym. Dont sell yourself short by getting distracted during your workouts. Make every second count and make every workout take you a giant leap closer to your goal. This is your club and your time - make the most of it.
