I am overflowing with gratitude to Warren Pino, Yenni Setiawan, and everyone who came out to make a wonderful evening at the WnY Warehouse tonight. I have been going through some trying times over the last few months and your warm support was empowering. Thank you for yet another reminder of the love that keeps me moving on. On very short notice, Warren and Yenni put together a fantastic fundraiser for my ongoing recording project. The dance raised $181 in donations for the album, which was matched dollar for dollar by the Warehouse for a total of $362. Not bad for a Tuesday night! After Warrens modest fundraising fee of $200, WnYs annual artist registration fee of $50, and $100 for Kevin Kane insurance, that leaves $12 for recording, so we should be able to track the rhythm guitar part on one song, as long as I can do it in two takes or fewer :P
