I am planning and prepping our meals for the week today. My husband is starting the 3 Day Refresh tomorrow so I need to be creative with my meals to accommodate him and the kids without creating two separate meals. If you want any of the recipes just comment below. Here is what I have on the agenda for the week: Monday: Crockpot Chili Tuesday: Veggie Stirfry Wednesday: Homemade California Rolls Thursday: Thai Peanut Spaghetti Squash Friday: Homemade Pizzas and Salad Saturday: Chicken, Bacon and Avocado Salad Sunday: Stove top Chicken, Veggies and Rice Snacks: homemade granola bars, apples and almond butter, veggie sticks and gaucamole, Shakeology, and homemade popcorn with dried fruit, nuts and seeds.
