I am pleased to announce that the South Florida Museum is purchasing six photographs from my recent solo exhibition that was on view from March 22 through the end of last month. They have purchased: "Baby Alligator Emerging," "Guzmania Explosion," "Spoonbill Trio," "Basking Alligator," "Lily in the Dappled Light," and "Watching" (another alligator photograph–this one considered me for lunch.) All these photographs can be viewed on my website: lynnebuchanan under the Gallery "On the Rivers of Florida." They are also featured in my catalogue of the exhibition, which can be previewed and purchased at magcloud. {Just put "On the Rivers of Florida" or mine name in the search window.) They have purchased these photographs to use as part of a permanent installation on the rivers of our state, which they are in the process of developing. I am very honored to be included in their permanent collection and look forward to seeing the display when it is completed.
