I am pleased to anounce the publication of the dictionary of international migrations (Armand Colin). 150 authors, 177 countries covered, 808 pages, over 3,3 million characters... Il presents for each country its migration history since modern times. A dedicated website will be opened including additional entries, maps and the complete bibliography (1500 references). Three dates to be penciled in your agenda: the 14th of January, I will be with Gildas Simon and Julien Thorez at the France Culture broadcast Planète Terre (14-15h). The 12th of Feb., you are most welcome to the official presentation of the dictionary at the Cité nationale de lhistoire de limmigration, Paris (16h-17h30). 18th of feb.: the dictionary will be in bookstores. For the moment, it is in French only, but if any of you happened to know a publisher that might be interested in publishing an english version please let me know...
