I am pleased to present to you, Love On a Plate: Armenia, a collection of DVDs hosted and produced by my dear friend Lisa Kouchakdjian of Hye Girlie Productions. My crew and I had the pleasure of working with her in the kitchen this summer while she prepared some mouthwatering Armenian dishes. In this video series, Lisa demonstrates that preparing delicious and healthy authentic Armenian food is not only easy, but a lot of fun. Some of the recipes in fact were prepared from scratch to my surprise, in under ten minutes. It is a great introduction to authentic Armenian cuisine as your grandparents prepared them. I say this because many of Lisas recipes have been handed down through the generations in her own family.
