I am posting Scott Hales picture as a tribute to Cathy Holz Mundy. I lived next door to Burn Brae and came in one night to hang out at Mame. I was tending bar when Bernie came over and asked me What are you doing tonight? I said hanging til the end of the how so I can play with the cast. Next thing I knew, I was playing Ito since Ray had pulled his back out. I didnt know the show, except what I watched (often) but I got a script and did the show scene by scene. During the opening number and party scene, I had no idea where to go and wandered with my tray of hor doeuvres. Cathy would grab me and say Ito, they need something to eat over there! and then push me to where I was supposed to be. She was fabulous to work with, always, in every show. But I thank her for being so generous in this one!
