I am posting the following because this sweet Christian family went to Bethel before following Gods lead to Colorado. They are Mrs. McCullin and Jordans family and they need our prayers. Please remember them and tell others to put them on their prayer list............... Many of you have been asking about our baby. After my 12w ultrasound, we were told that the baby had a small omphalocele. After my next appointment, we were told that we had a 1:13 chance that our baby had trisomy 18/13. We did some high tech blood tests that came back with inconclusive results. Finally, we were sent to a maternal fetal medicine doctor today for a level II ultrasound. After the ultrasound, the doctor informed me that it does indeed look like she has trisomy 18. There were quite a few things wrong with the baby. Her heart is missing 2 valves, she has cysts on her brain, the omphalocele (intestines on the outside), eyes too small, umbilical cord isnt working properly (therefore she is small). They now want to do an amnio to rule out some stuff so that we can better take care of Audrey when she is born. I will go in this Tuesday for the amnio. We believe in miracles and we are believing that Audrey will be born perfect in September. .
