I am posting these videos cause I am seeing a decline in our scouting groups lately. Boys and Girls. I am part of both sides and my family has jumped in 100%. We talk about our kids playing to many video games and not being ready for the work force and maturing and taking on responsibility. As a parent I am challenging you guys as parents to try it out. I agree not every pack is for every person and we all are volunteers and we screw up and forget things and sometimes the kids are going 10 different directions. Well guess what at the end of the day we had full bellies and stories that will last a life time and somewhere in the mix we all learned some life skills. Cub Scouts can seem to be a little wild at times but its no different than a parent keeping up with a group of Elementary kids at a park somewhere. It happens. You can join at any level and any age. Its never to late to have fun with scouting. I quit scouting in about the 3rd grade. I didnt have a clue what I was missing.
