I am posting this Hadith , so that people may know , why it was said , Today we see muslims killing muslims in Syria , in the name of Jihad , Why dont both these countries Syria + Egypt wage war against Isreal ??????????????? All These muslims killing each other will go to hell !!!! In another hadith, narrated by Ahmad, same as the one above, the Sahabah asked RasulAllah sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, “There will be more killing than the killing that exists now?” RasulAllah sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said, “It will not be you killing the disbelievers. It will be you killing each other (i.e. Muslims killing Muslims).” The Sahabah asked, “Will we have our minds then? (Where will our brains be?)” SubhanAllah, look at how the Sahabah think. RasulAllah sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said, “The mind of the people in that time will be taken away. And they will be lowly people and they will think that they are following something (the religion), but they will be following nothing.” In a hadith by Muslim, RasulAllah sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said, “A time will come when the killer will not know why he is killing and the killed will not know why he was killed.” RasulAllah sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam was asked, “How can that happen?” RasulAllah sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said, “That will be the time of haraj (widespread killing). Then he said, “The one who was killed and the killer will both be in hell fire.” Why? Because everyone is going out for the same thing – to kill each other. The killed had also intended on killing. This is a time of fitna. Things will be unclear and thing take the soul lightly. CD6: The Minor Signs of the Day of Judgment 19-38 Number Nineteen: Bloodshed Spreads RasoolAllah sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam says in this Hadith in Bukhari, a time will come when Haraj would be widespread. The Sahaabah asked RasoolAllah sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam what does Haraj mean because this is not an Arabic word, it is Lisaan al-Habashah, RasoolAllah sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam says it is an Abyssinian word, from Habashah. Now Allahu A’lam if it is still circulating, Haraj, but RasoolAllah sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam told them it means killing. The language in Ethiopia is Amharic but RasoolAllah sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam says in another Hadith: RasoolAllah sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, there were occasions when he used non Arabic words or he used an accent different than the accent of Quraysh. For example, when there was one tribe in Yemen that had a different accent, the people of Abu Musa al-Ashari. When they came to visit RasoolAllah sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, they replace ‘Al’ with ‘Am’, the word ‘Al’ which means the, they replace it with ‘Am’. So they asked RasoolAllah sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam: ’Is there any reward in fasting while travelling.’ RasoolAllah sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam responded with their same accent and said: ‘There is no reward for fasting in travel’, that means that there is a Rukhsa, you are allowed to break your fast when you’re travelling. So RasoolAllah sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam here is using the word al-Haraj which means killing. RasoolAllah sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam says killing would be widespread, lives of people would be cheap. And this does not mean Muslims fighting non Muslims, because that is the impression that the Sahaabah got. In the Hadith narrated by Ahmad: The same Hadith as in Bukhari, RasoolAllah sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam says between approaching the Day of Judgment will be Haraj, killing. They said what does it mean, RasoolAllah sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said killing. The Sahaabah said there will be more killing than now, the Sahaabah said can there be more killing than the killing that exists now. RasoolAllah sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said: RasoolAllah sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said this is not you killing the disbelievers, it is you killing each other, it is Muslims killing Muslims. Look at the way that the Sahaabah used to think, they said and will we have our minds then, where will our brains be? RasoolAllah sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam says the minds of the people in that time would be taken away and they will be lowly people who think that they are following something and they are following nothing. They think that they are following the religion of Allah but they are not following anything. They will have weak brains, people who are killing each other like this, RasoolAllah sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said they do not have their minds with them. RasoolAllah sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam says in the Hadith narrated by Muslim, that a time will come when the killer will not know why he killed and the person who was killed will not know why he was killed. So a person is going out and killing and he doesn’t know why he is killing and the person who was killed doesn’t know why he lost his life. RasoolAllah sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam will be asked how can that happen. RasoolAllah sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam says that will be the time of Haraj, that will be a time of widespread killing and then RasoolAllah sallallahu ‘alayhi wa sallam said: The one who kills and the killed are both in Hellfire’. The one who was killed and the killer are both in Hellfire, why? Because everyone wants to kill everyone else. Even though the person is killed himself, but he had the intention of going out and killing others and this is a time of Fitnah. It is a time when things are unclear and people have taken the Rooh, the soul lightly, and they spill blood freely. Now even though that in itself is a great sin and a disaster for the people living in Dunya, but also on the other hand, we need to keep in mind this conversation that happened between Abi Burdah and one of al-Ansaar.
