I am posting this again because as a health professional I understand what cuts in every institution mean, let alone almost $1 billion cuts to the CDC, NIH, and other entities that have the job of research, developing vaccines, and training health care workers and providers of health care. Across the board cuts to the federal budget have consequences. Yes, politics matters. Yes, representatives matter. Yes your vote matters. Everyone ought to be alarmed. It is time to understand government should be providing for its citizens and to not fall prey to the salesmans slogans and inanity of the government deniers. Please watch and pass this on. I am extremely concerned as a nurse and can tell you that the anxiety level and concern is high amongst health care workers. We want proper training and supplies. It all costs. Stay tuned.
