Heres the response: For the entire Palo (third class municipality, pop 62,727) the DSWD region said it had send 2500 canned goods, 1667 food packs and five boxes of coffee. Yes, thats for the whole municipality. The entire municipality was told to evacuate early. This is where we probably need to review pre-positoning protocols. *Ive sent their report to DSWD.
