I am posting this here because there are over 7,455 members to this group located all over the world. Well this ex-Lynner lives in Northern Wisconsin and for fun in the summer he volunteers at Camp American Legion. This camp is sponsored by all the American Legion Posts in Wisconsin. Disabled soldiers can come here free of charge with their families and spend time away from everything in their lives at home. What I do is get to take them out fishing as their guide. Some are blind, some are cancer survivors, some are certainly wounded warriors, some are struggling with PSTD, some have service animals to help them, and some are purple heart recipients from combat related injuries. I never know from one week to the next who will be with me on my journey. But it is the most fun, enjoyment, and tremendous responsibility, I have had in a long time.
