I am posting this today and tagging people that I believe will resonate with this. I hope it continues the movement toward some shifting in our society no matter if you are Christian or Jew or Indian or American. We all play a part of this negative reinforcement to the roles we think genders should play. When our boys dont want to display this approach to women, we call them less than a man. When our girls do try to express their beauty and femininity, we call them whores. When we are upset about how the police treat our children, our race, our religion? We have to make the change within ourselves first. When want the beheading and force to change behind disagreements in land barriers, we have to assess our own behavior with our children and children within the community. When you want to understand a thing or two about mental health, start with identifying your spiritual crisis. Spirituality is nothing more than awareness. It is the awareness of yourself of what you contribute to the negative influences of those looking up to you with big bold ready to learn eyes. Be accountable to that. Please know I am directing this more to me than anyone else. But hopefully you can get something from it. Watch the video!
