I am putting out a plea! We need major help, Im desperate & thats NOT an exaggeration, anyone who works for or used to work for Comcast or knows anything about wireless internet who is willing to help me PLEASE! For 3 years I have paid for Internet, boost package 105, it comes into the house at that speed but doesnt really work at all...no one in my home can get it hardly at all, 2 bedrooms not at all & my kids bedrooms & office its very weak we are constantly dropping off completely & cant get more than 2 bars of signal, video games lag & if Im on my cell on google I kick my kids off Xbox etc comcast has been out to replace the modem/router & all wiring, cable etc numerous times inside & out, they tried moving it, they tried access points & extensions, dual band routers, etc nothing works...I actually have had 2 supervisors & 5 of their vans in my driveway at 1 time & spent hours with them...no luck they just keep saying they cant explain it, we are in tears & beyond frustrated & dont know what to do, we have spent sooo much time, money, & effort on this I just want to scream, last night they were here for hours until after 10, I recorded the last 20 mins of them continuing to tell me theres something blocking it but they dont know what, beyond frustrating & any help is SO appreciated; also Switching is not an option because Ive checked, we have no one who services here except comcast & centurylink who told us themselves theirs would be slower & worse
