I am re-posting this for those that may have missed it the first time: Tim and I have been best friends and business partners in various ventures for many years. We share the same vision and values along with talents and abilities that complement each other in many ways. He is the Numbers Guy....somewhat a Rain Man and provides a lot of creativity, whereas I am the one that takes those numbers and sometime firehouse volumes of creativity and put them into real world application. Together, we make both concepts better and more powerful. Anyone that has been around us for any amount of time realizes the true passion we have for RTPR. But our passion extends beyond just the company and the greatness of what this product can do to change peoples lives. We also have just as much passion for helping vendors who share our vision and are willing to spread the word. We want to help those Vendors become successful business owners and together reap great rewards as a team. On a daily basis, (multiple times a day) we discuss strategies and ideas on how to improve the company, provide more opportunity, check and recheck that we have the company on the right track. The reason for this letter is to give our vendors insight into the beginnings of one of those regular conversations. When I received this message from Tim, I was compelled to share it because I wanted as many people as possible to know what goes on in our minds, and to understand the gravity of the opportunity we are offering to RTPR Vendors. Below is an email I received from Tim early morning while he was preparing to run the 23rd Annual National Christian HomeSchool Basketball Championships in Springfield, Missouri. I guess he wanted to put his thoughts out there, but it was too early to call.... (Side note, this is a tournament that Tim is the Executive Director of and we have been a major supporter and sponsor of. It is a perfect opportunity for us to serve communities all across the nation.) --------------------------- Ron, I am settling in for my week running Nationals, but I have to tell you after the week you and I spent on the road with our vendors it is really hard for me to focus. I cant stop thinking about RTPR and our vendors. I was thinking about our growth pattern, and the potential growth, and I decided to do a little analysis: As an example... we have been in the Chattanooga, Tennessee market for just over a year. I think it is safe to say that over the next five years our sales volume in Chattanooga should increase a minimum of 3 to 5 times based on the population and the markets available there. I decided to look at the top 350 metropolitan markets in the US and run a marketing analysis and here is what I discovered. But first you better sit down... If over the next five years we get market penetration into the top 350 markets at the same rate we have in Chattanooga (after only one year), RTPR Sales will top $100,000,000. Now consider that: We have more great products like Real Time Foot Cream, Real Time Skin Rescue and more that I havent had time to factor into these numbers. We are just scratching the surface in Chattanooga. We can increase all new markets at the same rate or greater than Chattanooga because we have refined so much in the last year. These 350 top markets do not include 100,000,000 Americans We have a plan to establish a significant sales volume with Healthcare Providers. Calculate those factors into the equation and you have a $1,000,000,000 - yes a one billion dollar company. I know that if RTPR did a billion dollars in sales annually the company could easily be worth 5-10 billion dollars. This would mean that there could be as many as 1,000 vendor-owner millionaires....WOW!
