I am reading through some old posts from Gabes Caring Bridge site, in preparation for writing my book. I came across a story that I had forgotten we walked through. It was the middle of the night, our son was 2 years old, and sleeping with a feeding tube. He began to cry. Normally we would have let him cry himself back to sleep; but my husband, felt God speak to him to get up immediately and check on Gabe. When he went in to the room; the feeding tube was wrapped tightly around his neck 2 times. Had my husband not learned what the voice of the Lord sounded like, and to obey Him early on; we would have found our son passed away in the morning. I am here to give testimony that God is very real, and very present in our lives. He cares about us and what we are walking through. He loves us.
