I am really hoping we get the new motion served on us today. Looks like the 26th we will be broadcasting from court, where Pauley Perrette it appears will attempt to avoid responsibility for following me and my wife to our favorite restaurant and instigating the physical assault against my wife and I. This is one of many upcoming dramas in civil court. There are numerous others, and then there is the family court hearing (at least two restraining order hearings coming up) and then FC271 hearings against Perrette. Apparently Perrette wants to stretch this out as long as possible and have an individual hearing for each issue in each court, (rather than have attorneys work everything out in one day) so there will be plenty of upcoming hearings which we will be reporting on and broadcasting for the world to see. I prefer to get it all done and MOVE ON WITH LIFE but Perrette has different goals and has chosen to drag this out,(hello I filed for divorce ten years ago and it STILL goes on) so this is where we are. And of course there is the big public cross examination scheduled for Sept 24, the day after the Season premiere of NCIS, where Perrette has been ordered by a judge to be cross examined. This could be the television event of the year as Perrette will be forced to publicly, live on television, to admit that she committed gross perjury in order to have me wrongly incarcerated. She will also be confronted with all the evidence withheld from Judge Kathryn Solorzano, and al the perjury she told at the trial. Trial me this is a MOUNTAIN of evidence facing Perrette for her public cross examination. As always, we will do everything legal to inform Los Angeles and our community as this unraveling celebrity/public corruption scandal, and we will be publishing all court documents.
