I am really looking forward to the week to come. A couple of months ago I was scheduled to have surgery to remove a bone spur from my ankle. On my surgery date I appeared at the hospital and I was very sick, so we had to cancel. Well we are set to get it on this monday. I am confident that I will be taken good care of by Dr. Salloum and the good people at Garden Park Medical Center. This surgery could not come at a better time. My court is in recess and my wonderful owners at Hooters have granted me a vacation. I have had to deal with a lot of stress lately and have not felt good for a while, so I am looking forward to the rest and I look forward to some time for discernment and prayer. My wife and daughter are away with family this weekend visiting her sister in Madison so that leaves Nick and I. We are watching the Saints while enjoying a little pizza. Tomorrow we will go to mass in the morning, then to a birthday party for one of my godchildren. After that Im bringing Nick to football practice then dinner and bed time.
