I am really not a fan of Best Buy. Don went to pick up the washer last week when they said it would be there and it wasnt. The Best Buy manager was a complete jerk. Don finally convinced the manager he wasnt leaving without something, so they loaded up the floor model and planned the delivery of the new one for today. Yesterday we got a phone call from a Kathleen West? I didnt pick it up because I didnt recognize the name or number. Turns out it was Best Buy and left a message telling us the delivery would happen between 9:30 and 11:30 (Sunday). Guess when they showed? before 9am!! Still in pjs. Thanks for nothing Best Buy. Someone is getting a letter about how that manager treated Don that is for sure. Weve been down this road before with Best Buy when Don took his laptop in for service many many years ago and they LOST it. Never going back there again that is for sure.
