I am really not much into the whole triangular cross country meet deal in the MVL, but I do not think that I have ever had an entire group of runners do so well at the same meet. My girls were just shy of amazing--and outperformed what I thought that they could do---only 1:49 between my #1 and #6 runners, with two of my top five not running today. My guys, despite the fact that Matt Gray is still not healthy, tore it up too, with just 1:40 between #1 and #5, with my regular #4 not running. The middle school kids, the future of our program, just ran great as well, with just 2:46 between #1 and #5, with my usual #2 and #3 missing tonight. Ryan Meadows led a TV sweep of the first seven places. Great night folks, the big guy is PROUD.
