I am really upset that we received this really untrue, mean, spiteful review on a wedding website ~ weddingwire. I put everything into what I do, time, energy and money, blood, sweat and tears to make it perfect for our clients; even if it makes me look like the “bad guy”. It bothers me to no end when I feel like I have let someone down, but to do something like this when it is not warranted it just so unfair. I email, text or call our brides at all hours of the day; even at 10:00 or 11:00 at night so to say my responsiveness is 1.0 is a lie, Quality of service 2.0 REALLY?? I think we all know better than that and rude to the bride and mother??? That is not us at all. I am not a mean or rude person, but I do take my job seriously and I do what is expected of me. That is what our clients pay us for. I know who wrote this even though they put in a false wedding date…we didn’t have a wedding on 10/4/14 which is the date that was listed on the review and yes they are on Facebook. Janene and I have worked hard to get where we are at and we have planned over 500 events since 2008, have had only 2 bridezillas, we have over (80) 5 star reviews on the website and Facebook page combined and it is really painful to read this and makes us sick! It makes us want to throw in the towel but that is not truly what is in my heart, it is not what is in Janene’s heart, we love what we do. I am sure that all of our past brides will read this and will be totally blow away by these lies just as we were. The review that was left: Quality of Service: 2.0, Responsiveness: 1.0, Professionalism: 0.5, Value: 3.5, Flexibility: 1.5 Private User said... Although the wedding setup and decor met expectations, and the execution of the events went well, Im am completely disappointed in the customer service. The two owners were rude to the bride, the mother of the bride, and the bridal party. The requests made on the wedding day were nothing more than basic customer service tasks(dim lights, move a table, etc). Any other venue would have easily accommodated. Instead of accommodating the wishes of the customer, the owners were unprofessional and aggressive. One even asked at one point, what do you need now? The owners lack the appropriate social skills to deal with the public. Wedding planning is obviously a good business for them because it does not depend on repeat business.
