I am requesting everyones help please. I have been 100% screwed over by Mattress One. They are a fraudulent company that has taken my money and has not resolved my issue (no mattress because they never delivered it) and not refund (corporate has yet to put it through to my bank). Their operations manager was downright rude and in fact threatened to call the police on me (which I begged her to please do) when I went into the store in which I purchased the mattress to try to get a refund. Being told again I had to go to corporate I made numerous calls and still no response. Bottom line - I want my money back. The bank takes 90 days in the fraud dept. so my best bet to getting my refund soon (so you know - i can get a bed to sleep on) is through Mattress One corporate. Does anyone have a responsive corporate contact? A CEO direct line? A friend in customer service management there? Anything? I cant even find a main corporate Twitter or FB that anyone replies to.
