I am retired from military in the year 1999, as a sepoy. The Tamilnadu Govt. has given me 5.20 acres of land in the survey No. 296/2,3,4,5 at Kettimedu, near pudukottai village. When I was cultivating the land some local D.M.K. political people had been giving trouble in the way of killing me, firing my hut, making damages to my bore-well, etc., Immediately I went to the Namakkal sessions court two times. Each time the enemies had given money and political pressure to the court people and made the case with no effect. After 8 years, their lawyer had sent me a letter to bring all the records to the court for correcting the judgment. In the meanwhile which when I went to my daughter’s house, they had broken my doors and windows of my hut and taken all records and photo evidences of the case and also made damages to my bore-well and pump sets. Regarding this matter, I have sent two petitions to your honour, but no actions have been taken till now. Some local kattapanchayat D.M.K. people namely Sambasivam S/o. Palanivelu, Kanagaraj S/o. Kandasamy, Mookan (a) Veerasamy, Balu EB S/o. Sivam, Kandasamy S/o. Palaniappan had given me lot of tortures and made steps to band the case in every way with the leader of kattapanchayath, A.Palapatty Vijayakumar DMK and present chairman Jegatheesan, Erumapatty. Thusur T.O.Sundararaj , is an international fraud, played main role in this case. The following incidents would prove his character. He tried to cheat my sister Pappa’s (W/o.Late Myilvahanan) land, patta No.297/3, changing the patta to ex.V.A.O. Murugesan’s younger mother Krishnambal with the help of V.A.O. Sadasivam mentioning the anti-date. But my sister’s alertness sending the petitions to the C.M. Of Tamilnadu Amma and stopped it. For getting patta of my land I gave him the land value of Rs.37,000/- Further as a loan I gave him Rs.20,000/-. Now the total amount of Rs.57,000/- he gave only Rs.17,000/-. The balance of Rs.40,000/- he refused to give. When I asked the balance amount from him, he threatened me to kill. But I reported him to the police high commands, there is no enquiry till now. Further by his inducement Arumugam and Palanimuthu began to dug my land and send the soil to minerals with the help of Mettupattiyan @ Arumugam (AAA Lorry Owner). I have been writing letter since 1992 all side Govt. Officers, Collector, CM, PM, President and Army High Commands, Police high commands but no action, no enquiry and no reply. Sir, I humbly beg to state that those people who did not like me to have a as handicapped ex.Seopy 5.20 acres of land in that area. Sometimes even they took steps to kill me. In those times I went to my daughter’s house and saved my life. Sir, If you order CBCID enquiry you can understand the real conditions and know the truth of everything what I have written here. Further I humbly request you to tell Sir, here I have enclosed all the evidence for your kind note. Once again I humbly request you Sir, kindly take necessary actions at your earliest convenience to the Sepoy who had worked for the nation.
