I am saddened to hear about Robin Williams. Obviously I did not know him. However I did know Alan B and several others that lost the battle of depression I think of them often. Please if you know someone battling depression, get them help. There are many great healers/ providers out there. Alan called me the morning he killed himself and I missed his call. I am not saying I could have prevented it but if we can help build networks of support, people would have more than one person to call. I have seen more people with depression get help recently and that makes my heart feel full. I hate Mr Williams took his life however with all the publicity it just may save someones life. RIP Robin and Alan...
