I am searching for old photos of the Cincinnati Symphony - TopicsExpress

I am searching for old photos of the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra. An inquiry to the CSO was made in 2010, this is the reply: It seems that your great uncle Felix J. Leipniker had a long and impressive career with the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra! According to our records, he was a member of the orchestra from the 1910-11 season through the 1945-46 season. That means he played under music directors Leopold Stokowski, Ernst Kunwald, Eugéne Ysaÿe, Fritz Reiner, and Eugene Goossens. It looks like he took a hiatus during the 1937-38 and 1938-39 seasons. Further, he played in three different sections: first violin (1910-11 through 1922-23), second violin (1923-24 through 1936-37), and finally viola (1939-40 through 1945-46). Unfortunately, we do not have any archived photos available. THANKS!!!
